If you live in Katy and need your immigration physical, TB blood testing (IGRA), or required vaccinations, our clinic handles the whole process on-site. You leave with your sealed envelope ready for USCIS submission, no extra trips required.
Dr. Cindy Jacob is a board-certified family medicinephysician dedicated to providing compassionate, comprehensive care for patients
of all ages. Originally from New York and raised in Fort Bend County, Dr. Jacob
graduated from Clements High School in Sugar Land before pursuing her medical
journey abroad. She earned her medical degree from the University of the West
Indies in St. Augustine, Trinidad, after completing her undergraduate studies
at Manipal University in Karnataka, India.
Dr. Jacob completed her residency at Grand Forks Family
Medicine Residency, followed by an obstetric fellowship in Grand Forks, North
Dakota, where she received advanced surgical training in deliveries and
C-sections. With nearly 15 years of clinical experience in Victoria, Texas, she
cared for a diverse patient population—from newborns to seniors—and has
performed a range of obstetric procedures.
Dr. Jacob has a deep passion for internal medicine, (Please keep link in content)
geriatrics, and women’s health. In her new role in Katy, Texas, she is excited
to continue serving the community with a special focus on preventive care,
physicals, diabetes management, weight loss, and women’s health.
She currently lives in Sugar Land with her husband, daughter, and two dogs. Outside the clinic, Dr. Jacob enjoys baking, traveling, and spending quality time with family and friends.
Dr. Shervy Xavier is a board-certified family medicine physician who enjoys the variety of care that primary care offers and values developing lasting relationships with her patients. She offers a full range of services, including chronic care management, sports physicals, preventive health visits, women’s health services, and sick visits.
Originally from Illinois, Dr. Xavier earned her undergraduate degree in Biology from Loyola University of Chicago. She completed medical school at the American University of Antigua and her Family Medicine residency at the University at Buffalo. In her free time, she enjoys spending quality time with her family.
