I hope this letter finds you well. It has been an honor and privilege to have you as my patient and trust in me for you and your loved ones healthcare needs.
However, after two decades of direct patient care, I have decided to step back to a more administrative and teaching role. While I will definitely miss my patients and direct patient care, I feel confident of your continued care with the same personal touch in the trusted hands of physicians at Primary Care Centers of Texas. Along with Dr. Kattegummula, I am happy to introduce Dr. Cindy Jacob, who will be joining our practice in the coming months.
We will be more than happy to continue your care in the current establishment with Dr. Jacob and Dr. Kattegummula, rest assured you will get the same level of personal healthcare that I have hopefully provided in the past.
Dr. Cindy Jacob is a Board certified Family medicine physician, with more than 18 years of direct patient care. A native Houstonian, she along with her family is now part of our vibrant Katy community. She has been in practice for over 18 years and has expertise in young adolescents to octogenarians. She has keen interest in optimal health management and treatment of chronic health conditions such as diabetes, obesity, high cholesterol, allergies, hypertension, and asthma, among other conditions.
